Syarat dan Ketentuan
1. Ticketing & Admission
- Each guest must hold a valid ticket for the selected date and session.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the Organizer.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved.
- Guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted once the dining ritual has commenced.
2. Nature of the Experience
- Queen’s Royal Feast is a curated immersive dining experience combining storytelling, scent, and a multi-course meal.
- Guests will be guided through a narrative-driven environment and may experience subtle interactions with performers and facilitators.
- Seating arrangements and flow are determined by the Organizer to maintain the integrity of the experience.
3. Dietary Restrictions & Health Disclaimer
- Guests must inform the Organizer of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 48 hours prior to the event.
- While accommodations will be made where possible, the Organizer and Dunes Diner cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- This experience includes exposure to aromatic elements and fragrance compounds. Guests with sensitivities should consider their condition before attending.
- By attending, guests acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
4. Dress Code & Personal Fragrance
- Guests are encouraged to wear elegant or semi-formal attire in line with the immersive atmosphere.
- Guests are kindly requested to avoid wearing strong perfumes or scented products to preserve the curated scent experience.
5. Conduct & Dining Etiquette
- Guests must conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, performers, and other attendees.
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
- Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions may result in removal without refund.
6. Photography & Intellectual Property
- Photography and videography may be limited during certain segments of the experience.
- All creative elements—including menu design, scent compositions, and narrative—are the intellectual property of the Organizer and collaborators.
- By attending, guests grant permission for the use of event documentation for promotional purposes.
7. Collaboration Disclaimer
- This experience is presented in collaboration with Dunes Diner & Fragrance Sensations.
- Culinary execution is managed in partnership, and all venue-specific rules must be observed.
8. Changes & Cancellation
- The Organizer reserves the right to adjust menu items, performers, or minor elements without prior notice.
- In case of cancellation by the Organizer, guests will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
9. Liability
- Guests attend at their own risk.
- The Organizer is not liable for allergic reactions, health issues, or loss of personal belongings.
10. Agreement
- By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
