Cleopatra by Scentimental Teater
Scentimental Theatre presents a cutting-edge multisensory theatrical experience in which a story is not only perceived through sight and sound, but also through scent. This production integrates live theatrical performance with carefully designed olfactory cues, creating a deeply immersive and unforgettable cultural experience. The project will be staged at Gedung Kesenian Jakarta (GKJ) on July 4, 2026, with a total of three performances, each accommodating approximately 400 audience members. We invite selected brands to be part of this pioneering cultural movement by collaborating as sponsors and creative partners aligning your brand with innovation, craftsmanship, and high-level artistic storytelling.
Syarat dan Ketentuan
1. Ticketing & Entry
- A valid ticket is required for entry to the selected performance.
- All tickets are final and non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the Organizer.
- Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance.
- Late arrivals may be held until a designated entry point or denied entry to maintain the performance flow.
2. Nature of the Performance
- This is an immersive multisensory theatre experience incorporating scent, sound, and visual storytelling.
- Audience members are expected to remain attentive and respectful throughout the performance.
- Certain elements may involve proximity to performers or environmental effects.
3. Health & Scent Sensitivity
- The performance includes exposure to fragrance-based olfactory cues.
- Guests with asthma, allergies, or sensitivities to scent are advised to carefully consider their condition before attending.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any adverse reactions.
4. Dress Code & Personal Fragrance
- Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for a refined theatre setting.
- To maintain the purity of the scent design, guests should avoid strong personal fragrances.
5. Theatre Etiquette & Conduct
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the performance space.
- All mobile devices must be turned off or set to silent mode.
- Unauthorized recording (photo/video/audio) is strictly prohibited.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property & Documentation
- All performance elements—including script, scent design, staging, and concept—are the intellectual property of the Organizer.
- Guests may not reproduce or distribute any part of the experience without written consent.
- By attending, guests grant permission for event documentation that may include their likeness.
7. Changes & Cancellation
- The Organizer reserves the right to adjust schedules or performance elements if necessary.
- In the event of cancellation, guests will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
8. Liability
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred during the event.
9. Agreement
- Attendance constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
